The new owners of Bloomington-based 3D Stone Inc. are continuing their expansion plans. Since taking over the company last year, Lily and Kurt Sendek say they have invested around $400,000 in equipment upgrades and added a second shift.
The company recently received a tax abatement from the city of Bloomington based on its plans to add more than 30 employees. Kurt Sendek says they have already added 10 full-time positions.
